German term or phrase: Passagegerät
Die Division durch die Verkehrseinheiten ergibt:
22.5 cents pro VE bei Belastung der Fracht auf Frachtern plus Passagegeraet.

Passenger planes
Explanation:
In contrast to "cargo planes" - a "passenger plane" (Passagegerät, i.e. A330) has only belly-capacities for cargo storage, whereas a "cargo plane" (Frachter) has additional maindeck capacities. The term is scarcely used, but can be found in various Lufthansa texts. What stirkes me as odd, though, is the "plus". "And" would make perfect sense here - that's why I'm only medium confident about my target term.
