German to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Transport / Transportation / Shipping | | German term or phrase: Dreikantdorn | Again, from an assembly / maintenance manual for a train carriage:
Die Tür wird manuell über ein Stangenschloss verriegelt. Von innen erfolgt die Betätigung über einen *Dreikantdorn*, der in der Türhöhe mittig angeordnet ist. Von Außen kann die Tür mit einem Türdrücker, ebenfalls in der Türhöhe mittig angeordnet, geöffnet werden. Im oberen Bereich des Türflügels ist ein Türschließer mit Gleitschiene montiert.
