Now, there are two more to get your teeth into; I don't like the sound of your original browsing, those from the UIC are really the whole of the system, rather than the "...auflage", which I would say is only a component. But I still wish you had diagrams or something...

Asker: Elsewhere the term 'SPHAEROLAGER F.PENDELLENKER' = 'Spherical bearing f. pendular guide', but is that applicable/valid?
