German term or phrase: Wankkoeffizient
This is part of a chart defining the parameters of the rolling stock. 'Wankkoeffizient' has a static value and a dynamic value. The chart includes 'Klotzkraft auf Bremse' (which I believe is 'brake pad strength') and 'Koeffizient für vertikale Lageschwankung' (coefficient for vertical position fluctutaion) which has a value.
