German term or phrase: Rampenvorbau
Bequeme, trockene, witterungsunabhängige Be- und Entladungsmöglichkeit durch beheizten Rampenvorbau.

(heated) enclosed ramp
Explanation:
Since it is heated for the comfort of the drivers and warehouse staff, I think this might fill the bill. It is (I guess) an enclosed hall, obviously attached to the warehouse itself, which accommodates road vehicles while they are unloading and being loaded at the "(un)loading ramp (or ramps)".

agree  hazmatgerman: But slight disagreement as few if any warehousing operators want to pamper the driver, unfortunately. How about climatized loading dock? Regards.//see ref

-> Thanks: true I don't remember what it was called when I worked in a warehouse in the UK, but that sounds good - why not post it as an answer? (With an "S" of course, since we are in Europe...)

I don't recall that term from the UK but only from eastern US seaboard. Perhaps I'm wrong and it is European. Regards.

Sorry, tried to find a genuine GB usage but failed. Seems the term as a whole is used only stateside. "loading dock" on its own scores well on both sides on the pond. Best, and have a nice weekend.
