Hier geht es um Gleisbau:

Untergrund im Bereich der neuen Gradiente und im Bereich der Weichen und Kreuzung einbauen und verdichten. Sauberer Oberflächen Schotter aus dem bestehendem Gleis wird in den Bereichen der Weichen und der Anschwenkung als Grundschotter wiedereingebaut.

Die Querträger der 2-gleisigen Eisenbahnbrücke „Hanekenfähr“ sollen altersbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Um die Störung des Eisenbahnbetriebes während der 6-Wöchigen Bauzeit auf ein Minimum einzuschränken wird der Verkehr über herzustellende Anschwenkungen und einzubauende Gleisverbindungen mit Bauweichen gelenkt.

I'll try to find out exactly what this "specialised meaning" is in this case; it may simply be that points are being removed and the track is being realigned.
