I think it is probably the retail price. There isn't a lot of context, but it appears to be referring to the stage in the delivery process when the goods are picked at the warehouse and printed with a label before being sent on to the end client.

Is this the "interne Verrechnungspreis" (internal price) or an abbreviation for Weiterverkaufspreis (resale/resell price)?.
More context would be appreciated to distinginsh the different stages in the value-added pattern.

For goods this should be the (suggested) "retail price". Would this work for shipping as well? Maybe "recharge price". I am assuming the companies get a volume discount from the shipping company while recharging their clients the full shipping & handling fee with the full shipping price being printed on the label. Thus, when the flag (or whatever) for Weiterpreis is set, the interface will retrieve the standard price from a table for printing purposes while the sender is billed at a different price.
