German term or phrase: REV-RASTER
Once again, this is from a parts list, so there is no context and I don't have any images, but here is at least one relevant example of usage:

"Untersuchungsdatum im REV-Raster sowie DB- und UIC-Raster u.v.m."

REV label
Explanation:
The term REV-RASTER is abbreviated from "Revisionsraster" - this is just a label (a painting) on the waggon etc. (see ref. 1). It denotes the date overhaul, the workshop of overhaul (or the manufacturer for new stock). Also international the term is REV (because it is written on the stock and needs to be understood) although the term "Revision" is neither common in German nor in English for what is actually done.

So my suggestion: either leave as is (REV-RASTER) or just REV or REV label/tag etc.
