German term or phrase: ausgelegter und vorgestreckter Postvergütung
My major problem here is the term "ausgelegt". Thanks in advance!

Kontext: AGB einer Firma

Abschnitt:

advanced postal fee
Explanation:
I understand you're not sure about the meaning of "ausgelegt", right? It simply means that fees or similar have been paid in advance and/or on behalf of others, so "to advance money/fees/..." would be the phrase to use.

Yes, there is a certain redundancy in the German text, which I'd try to avoid in the English translation.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for your suggestion. I thought, though, that "vorgestreckt" meant "in advance".
