Explanation:
The Erfuellungsort does not have to be the place of delivery. The buyer may have agreed to pick it up or have it picked up at the place of manufacture.
According to an Incoterm I am looking at the seller must place the goods at the disposal of the buyer on the quay. I am not sure that is what the buyer wants.
