Context:

"Alle von "uns" gelieferten Anlagenteile sollten vom Kunden nach Lieferung entsprechend der Menge und Ausführung überprüft werden!"

(Where "uns" = the company name)

I suspect that this means the quantity and design of the goods should be checked on receipt, although that doesn't really make sense since it refers to a furnace that is normally shipped as a single unit (cf. http://www.proz.com/kudoz/4041095) which doesn't come in different designs.

I interpret "Ausführung" as just meaning that you need to check that they have sent the right thing (e.g. the right part numbers) - if you ordered X you need to make sure that they haven't sent Y. I don't read this as necessarily an instruction to check workmanship or quality - just to make sure that what's been sent corresponds to what was ordered.
