I found 'less-than-truck/carload' for Stückgut but this doesn't seem to work here. Any ideas? Thanks.

piece good s/ packaged goods that cannot be put into containers

Explanation:
Leo gives general cargo or packaged goods or piece goods. Personally, I prefer piece goods.

Maybe they are individual items with weird shapes or are too large to be put into containers or it is not economically viable to put them into containers or they are hardous and need special packaging or ......

more-than-container

Explanation:
If less-than-truck/carload refers to shipments that do not consitute a full truck or car load, would it not make sense that a more-than-container load would refer to an item that does not fit into a container.

Nothing dangerous, simply nothing that fits easily into standardized shipping units, however regularly they are shipped. Then too, I am no more a logistics expert, than I am a computer hack.
