German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Transport / Transportation / Shipping | | German term or phrase: Leistung an Ordre | "Unter Anderem wird festgehalten, dass die Leistung an Orde zu erbringen ist, weshalb es sich bei der vorliegenden Bill of Lading um ein Ordrepapier handelt."
Context: (Swiss-German) document describing the terms and conditions according to which a shipment of copper cathodes is to be delivered. I have found various definitions of an "Ordrepapier" (and am presuming "Orde" is a typo" above) but am still not sure what "Leistung an Ordre" means. "Performance to order" maybe? |
