Explanation:
I cannot get any hits on Google for the other suggestions, nor find that term back in Zahn. Furthermore, a partner in a partnership is always persoanlly liable, IMO. So the term makes no sense, its a repetition.
I do get two meagre hits for my suggestion, but I still believe that this is correct.
