coach travel centre
Explanation:
I think "Car" is used in Switzerland for what Germans call a "Reisebus" (coach) (it's a French word). This is confirmed by Google --> "Carreisen / Car-Reisen"

"The Coach Travel Centre is situated at London Victoria Coach Station."

car pool centre

Explanation:
I have found an article in French under google that refers to Zurich's policy of trying to keep cars out of the centre of town and encouraging car pools. This looks suspiciously as though it is what they are talking of here.

agree  lindaellen: In Switzerland a "car" is a coach (Brit.) or a bus (Amer.), not a "carpool" or "park and ride" - which is called "park and ride" in Berne!
