Robert may be right about the \"weight factor.\" My Tech. Dico pf Automotive Engineering, Whylidal, gives \"kinetic energy\" and \"momentum\" as translations for \"Wucht.\" It also gives \"balancing\" and \"counter-blancing\" for \"wuchten.\"
Unfortunately, it does not give a translation for \"Wuchtguete,\" but proceeding from the translation for \"wuchten,\" it is possible that Rober is right about \"balancing quality.\"

Actually, I think \"auswuchten\" means \"to balance\", so I would stick with \"weighing quality\" (also see: http://www.laboratorytalk.com/news/met/met103.html).

So, I finally got the chance to do a bit more research, and I have to admit (and agree with Robert) that \"weight\" doesn\'t fit in this context. The Asker\'s comments about weight and the lack of the word \"auswuchten\" threw me off for a bit.
The term \"wuchten\" means \"to heave\" in a general sense. It also means to \"weigh heavy\".
After looking into this a bit farther (and considering Robert\'s comments) I found that \"wuchten\" and \"auswuchten\" are used interchangeably in the sense of balancing of tires/wheels (see: http://www.reifen.de/auswuchten.html).
Considering that the two other meanings of the word \"wuchten\" will probably not occur together with some type of a quality/class (Güte), I suppose that my second (and Robert\'s first) suggestion, \"balancing/balance quality\" is the most likely candidate.
