Fuer den Betrieb der Anlage im analogen Zugfunknetz der DB Netz AG gilt weiterhin die Zulassung nach Kenn-Nr. 000

I have used radio equipment for Zugfunkanlage so far, but radio equipment network does'nt sound very convincing

on-board analog mobile telephone network

Explanation:
"on-board" assuming the railway context is clear, otherwise "railway"
Ernst, with its usual inelegance, serves up:
>>Zugfunk m / radio-service on trains, train radio telephony<<
which I would use as a starting point only.
Mobilfunk/Funknetz/Funktelefon ... all of these are used to refer to mobile/cellular communications. The fact that the underlying technology is radio does not mean that >>Funk = radio<< in the translation!

analogue radio network

Explanation:
But this is a different term; you may have used "radio equipment" for "Zugfunkanlage", but this is the "Netz", and not the transmitter/ receivers.
