Die Kabelverlegung ist auf dem Wagendach am Übergang zwischen den Wagenteilen 1 und 3 bzw. 2 und 3 montiert.
Die Kabelverlegung besteht aus den Baugruppen:
- Lagerkonsol (4.4–6/1)
Am Lagerkonsol sind rechts und links Ausleger (4.4–6/3) drehbar gelagert. In der Laufschiene (4.4–6/4) der Ausleger wird jeweils ein Leitungswagen geführt.
- Leitungswagen (4.4–6/2)
Die Leitungswagen bewegen sich mittels Rollen in den Lauf-
schienen (4.4–6/4) der Ausleger. Die am Leitungswagen montierte Kabelschelle (4.4–6/5) dient der Aufnahme und Weiterführung der Elektrokabel am Übergang von Wagenteil 1 zu 3 bzw. 2 zu 3.
