Kyse on hampaan restauroinnista juurikanavanastan avulla. Stumpfaufbau on sitä, että lisätään ainesta hampaaseen, jos hammasta ei ole enää niin paljon jäljellä, että siihen voi kiinnittää kruunun. Englanniksi siitä puhutaan käsitteellä "post and core". Minulle ei juolahda mieleen, miten siitä puhutaan suomeksi, etenkin yllä mainitussa esimerkkilauseessa. |

| Grading comment Joo, kiitos. Selailin lisää hammaslääketieteellistä materiaalia ja löysin paljon lähteitä, joissa puhutaan pilareista (esim. pilarimateriaalista, nastapilariyhdistelmistä jne.)
