German term or phrase: Kassenstock

Hallo,

Ich übersetze gerade eine Art Handbuch für Kassierer und bin mir unsicher was die Übersetzung von Kassenstock angeht.
Ich habe noch keine richtige Definition gefunden.

Handelt es sich um ein "fond de caisse"?

Ist hier der Satz wo der Begriff vorkommt:
Der Kassenstock pro Betrieb wird durch das Controlling anhand der Kassenstock-Berechnung definiert. Die Höhe hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren wie Anzahl Konzepte, Öffnungszeiten, Anzahl Kassen usw. ab. Pro Kasse / Kassenschicht ist ein Wechselstock definiert, der beim Schichtwechsel erneuert wird.

Je ne serai pas surpris qu'il s'agisse d'un terme
moitié allemand moitié anglais
et que l'on aurait pu écrire Kassenstand l'argent se trouvant dans les différentes caisse comme l'explique le texte, ce qui en français
serait bien traduit par fond de caisse, fond de roulement
