Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre le sens de "Stangenware" : cartouches (de cigarettes) ?
Il s'agit du présentoir situé au niveau des caisses près du distributeur de tabac, dans les commerces allemands.

Ça doit bien être ce que vous avez déjà supposé - des *cartouches de cigarettes*. D'autant qu'il n'y a point d'autres barres ou choses dans ces cages. - L'ajout de **-ware** doit seulement rendre le terme un peu plus 'technique'.
