Je sais que c'est l'inverse de l'allemand, mais en français il est plus courant de dire qu'on "souffle" lorsqu'on prend des vacances ou qu'on fait une pause.
Fermez les yeux... soufflez... vous êtes en vacances.
Sinon, respirez n'est pas mal. Prenez une grande inspiration, inspirez...
