Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, daß Sie sich die Nutzung als kleines Restaurant vorstellen können und sogar schon Ratschläge erteilten, wie ein so kleines Restaurantobjekt erfolgreich geführt werden könnte. Auf Ihren Rat möchte ich auch in Zukunft nicht verzichten.

J’ai été très heureux que vous étiez d’accord pour l’utilisation en tant que restaurant et que vous alliez même jusqu’à donner des conseils visant à bien faire fonctionner un tel petit restaurant. A l’avenir, je ne me passerai pas de vos conseils.
