J'ai rencontré déjà plusieurs traductions, celle-ci est la version que j'ai rencontré le plus.
Par rapport au client en question ;-)
il faut savoir quelle est sa traduction préférée, qui existe vraisemblablement une fois pour toutes depuis 20 ans - il suffit de demander !
Cela pourrait fort bien être "instruction qualité" tout simplement s'ils construisent certains avions ;-))
