11(1) Tout exploitant de couvoir doit, à l'égard du couvoir qu'il exploite conformément à son permis,
a) autoriser l'utilisation du couvoir exclusivement pour la réception, la mise en tiroirs, l'incubation et l'éclosion des oeufs, le nettoyage du matériel, le sexage, le triage et l'emballage des poussins;
b) autoriser l'incubation ou l'éclosion d'une seule espèce dans une salle d'incubation et doit faire éclore chaque espèce à des journées différentes;
c) tenir le couvoir dans un bon état hygiénique;
d) tenir les incubateurs dans un bon état hygiénique afin que le nombre des bactéries, de coliformes ou de moisissures qui s'y trouvent ne constituent pas un danger pour la santé des poussins;
