Dans un article de presse suisse allemand, dont la traduction est destinée à une association d'architectes et d'ingénieurs :
"Auch der Einwand, die Ordnungen würden mit ihrer Terminologie, das gerichtliche Vertragsergänzungsrecht ausschliessen, *stösst ins Leere*."

Je n'arrive pas à formuler correctement cette phrase.

Voilà où j'en suis : "L'objection d'après laquelle les règlements excluraient le droit de modification judiciaire du contrat par le biais de leur terminologie, *n'a pas d'écho*." Je n'en suis pas satisfaite, mais je n'arrive pas à mettre la main sur l'expression adéquate.
