Mais "rosette" et "rosace" ne me paraissent pas convenir. Puisqu'il s'agit en quelque sorte d'une "spécialité bourguignonne", j'imagine qu'il existe un terme précis... Une idée ?

rosettig: Durch reduziertes Längenwachstum des Stängels kann es vorkommen, dass viele Blätter ungefähr auf derselben Höhe sitzen. Man spricht in diesem Fall von einer Blattrosette. Häufig befindet sich eine Blattrosette am Stängelende. Noch häufiger ist aber folgender Fall:
grundständig: Die Blattrosette befindet sich kurz über oder unter der Bodenoberfläche, so dass alle Blätter scheinbar dem Boden entspringen. Bei vielen Pflanzen haben diese sogenannten Grundblätter eine andere Form als die Stängelblätter.
Verticille : ensemble de pièces, feuilles par exemple, implantées sur un axe au même niveau.
Les organes d'une plante sont dits en verticille ou verticillés, lorsqu'ils sont insérés au même niveau, en cercle autour d'un axe (tige ou rameau).
Les organes peuvent à l'inverse être alternes, en opposés ou en rosette.
