So wie ich die im www gefundene Definition verstanden habe, entspricht dies dem Vorgang. Man kann das aber vielleicht noch simpler und schöner sagen (schließlich ist Replacement auch schon ein Sprachmonstrum...).

disagree  Schtroumpf: Scheint nicht die Definition zu treffen, s. Fragefeld. // Weiß ich nicht; in Frankr. haben aber inzwischen Zeitarbeitsfirmen durchaus eine Rolle in dieser Richtung, glaube ich.

  -> Dann müsste es sich bei dem besagten Personaldienstleister also um eine private Arbeitsagentur handeln, nicht um eine Zeitarbeitsfirma.
