Explanation:
Pouvez-vous préciser pourquoi la personne est surprise ? Les gens qu'elle voit apparemment devant chez elle sont-ils des gens qui ont déjà habité là (auquel cas je pense que "Tu en as de bonnes" serait la traduction qui conviendrait le mieux) ou non (auquel cas "Eh bien quoi" pourrait aller).
