Il s'agit d'une mesure de protection lors du tirage des câbles sur des pylônes haute tension. On parle de Schleif- und Schutzgerüst.

Plus tard, le document mentionne "schleiffreies Ausziehen der Seile", donc l'extraction sans frottement des câbles.

Qu'est-ce qu'un Schleifgerüst? "Schleif" a -t-il qqch à voir avec le frottement mentionné plus tard dans le document?
