Ce n'est pas une "garniture intérieure", une plinthe n'ayant pas de garniture intérieure.
Si je ne me trompe pas, il s'agit ici d'une plinthe en moquette fabriquée à partir de bandes du revêtement de sol en moquette, qu'on a découpées pour les insérer dans un profilé en PVC.
