Explanation:
Ce qui permet de ne pas s'avancer sur la présence ou non d'une sauce.
Il m'arrive d'acheter du "magret de canard tranché" sous vide à cuisiner, pour moi non plus ce n'est pas exactement un "émincé" car les tranches sont épaisses.
