Um die Lautstärke wie gefordert verstellen zu können, wurde eine variable Verstärkung am Ausgang des Mikrofons eingebaut. Über zwei digitale **Port-Pins** (IC2 / IC3) des Mikrokontrollers wird ein digitales Potentiometer angesteuert, welches die Verstärkung der Ausgangsstufe einstellt.
