Explanation:
S'il s'agit bien du service proposé par certains concessionnaires, prévoyant de faire enlever le véhicule en un lieu convenu d'avance pour qu'il soit ensuite réparé / entretenu etc. par le garage, puis de le restituer au client au même endroit.

Tout ceci évitant bien sûr au client d'avoir à se déplacer personnellement jusqu'au garage.
