Der Schweizerische Fischereiverein ***gelangte*** 1933 an das Eidgenössische Departement des Inneren, damit Massnahmen gegen die zunehmende Wasserverschmutzung getroffen und eine Beratungsstelle für Abwasserreinigung eingerichtet wird
