agree  Eric Le Carre: Je pense qu'on pourrait aussi parler de 'projets communautaires', suivant le contexte. 'Communautaire' ici au sens de communauté de base (grassroot). Je ne sais pas dans quel contexte (pays développé ou en voie de développement) ces projets se déroulent
