Context: "Der Zahlungsempfänger verpflichtet sich, im Abbuchungsauftragsverfahren nur Forderungen gegen solche Zahlungspflichtige mittels Lastschriften einzuziehen, mit denen der Lastschrifteinzug vereinbart wurde."

Darf ich dieses Wort mit "débiteur" übersetzen oder ist es nicht präzis genug?
