Ich habe im "Begriffe suchen" unter proz.com schon nachgeschaut. Es geht hier nicht um ein "rendez-vous" mit Geschäftspartnern oder Freunden sondern auch, unter anderem, um Sitzungen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen. Wie sagt man dazu? Je suis occupé / pris - das ist doch irgendwie zu persönlich, denke ich.

La semaine prochaine, je ne peux pas. Je suis déjà pris / occupé ....
