Contexte : société de transformation de produits (plastique, etc.)

Dans cette phrase "die Produkte dürfen nicht im Verdacht
stehen gesundheitsschädlich sein".
Manque-t-il selon vous un élément à la phrase ?
Les produits ont le droit de ne pas être suspectés d'être nocifs pour la santé ?

Ich sehe das so: "Les produits ne doivent présenter aucune suspicion de nocivité (ou de "toxicité" - ou d'être nocifs pour la santé).
Ebenfalls möglich "ne doivent soulever aucun soupçon", ne doivent pas faire soupçonner de nocivité.
In deinem Satz fehlt m.E. a) ein Komma vor gesundheitsschädlich, b) zu vor sein.
