en réponse à Lorette: oui, tout à fait, c'est un terme historique d'apparence vieilli mais bien celui dont on se sert toujours. De mon côté, je m'apprêtais à dire que dans le contexte particulier, on peut très bien utiliser une périphrase pour éluder.
