Bus/Financial - Human Resources / fiche d'évaluation | | German term or phrase: Zur Kenntnis genommen: | A la fin de la Mitarbeiterbeurteilung (évaluation du collaborateur/de la collaboratrice), le champ où le collaborateur/la collaboratrice est précédé de ce "Zur Kenntnis genommen:". Compte tenu du fait qu'il y a, au-dessous, un champ dans lequel le collaborateur/la collaboratrice a la possibilité de commenter l'évaluation voire de la critiquer, je me demande si "Lu et approuvé :" est vraiment la formule adaptée. Y aurait-il une formule consacrée ne suggérant pas forcément l'approbation ?
