es geht hier um den Brief einer Versicherung, in dem angegeben wird, seit wann der Kfz-Versicherungsvertrag besteht und dass seitdem kein Schaden gemeldet wurde und keine Rückstufung der Schadensfreiheitsklasse stattgefunden hat. Am Ende des Briefes steht :
"Dem Vertrag liegt in der Kfz-Haftpflichversicherung das Rabattgrundjahr 19.. zugrunde liegt."
Ich weiss, dass Rabattgrundjahr nach den Tarifbestimmungen für die Kraftfahrtversicherung (TB) das erste als schadenfrei geltende Kalenderjahr ist.
Wie kann man das am besten übersetzen?
