Wenn die Verteidigungsbereitschaft nicht innerhalb der gesetzten Frist beim Gericht eingeht, kann auf Antrag der Klägerin ein Versäumnisurteil erlassen werden, "aus welchem die Klägerin unmittelbar die Zwagnsvollstreckung betreiben kann, ohne zuvor Sicherheit leisten zu müssen".
kann ich es so übersetzen : "... sur la base duquel la demanderesse peut directement poursuivre l’exécution forcée sans avoir auparavant à constituer une sûreté."
Ist das richtig? bin mir nicht sicher.
