Il s'agit du titre d'un article de loi, dont l'intitulé est le suivant : "Wer eine mit Verordnung gemäß § 3 bezeichnete oder von einer gemäß § 3 definierten chemischen Substanzklasse umfasste Neue Psychoaktive Substanz gegen Entgelt, oder um sonst daraus einen Vorteil zu ziehen, mit dem Vorsatz erzeugt, einführt, ausführt oder einem anderen anbietet, überlässt oder verschafft, dass sie von dem anderen oder einem Dritten zur Erreichung einer psychoaktiven Wirkung im oder am menschlichen Körper angewendet wird, ist mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren zu bestrafen."
