ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit der Übersetzung des Begriffs "Betroffene(r)" in diesem Kontext:
Vorladung durch die (deutsche) Polizei zur Anhörung/Vernehmung. Es steht drin:
...Ihre Vernehmung /Ihre Anhörung als
Beschuldigte(r) oder als Betroffene(r) oder als Zeuge/Zeugin
ist erforderlich.
Der Begriff "Beschuldigte(r)" bezieht sich dabei auf eine Straftat/ein Strafverfahren.
Der Begriff "Betroffene(r)" bezieht sich auf eine Ordnungswidrigkeit/ein Bussgeldverfahren.
Auf dem Online-Justizportal von NRW steht : "Betroffener bezeichnet jemanden, gegen den ein Bußgeldverfahren wegen des Verdachts einer Ordnungswidrigkeit eingeleitet wurde".

Der Beschuldigte : selon l'infraction commise il sera "accusé" d'un délit ou d'un crime ;
Der Betroffene : le "contrevenant", celui ou celle qui a commis une infraction qualifiée de contravention ;
Der Zeuge : est un "témoin".
Une personne peut donc être "convoquée" comme "accusé, contrevenant ou témoin" selon le cas. |

Ich habe schon Post bekommen, in der stand: "Veuillez nous appeler/contacter dans une affaire vous concernant", und bei Anruf war es dann eine Lappalie

Asker: Hallo! An diese Lösung hatte ich auch gedacht. Ich weiss, dass der deutsche Text auch nicht sagt, was unter "Betroffene(r)" gemeint ist. Wenn ich aber "personne concernée" schreibe, habe ich den Eindruck, es ist nicht vollständig.
Asker: personne concernée weist aber nicht darauf hin, dass man eigentlich unter Verdacht steht, eine OWi begangen zu haben...das finde ich verwirrend.
