J'ai quelques difficultés avec la phrase suivante. En effet, le droit ne fait pas partie de mes spécialisations et je dois traduire cette phrase. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Sie nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass im Falle von Zahlungsausständen aus diesem Vertrag die Forderungen der XXX AG an eine mit dem Inkasso beauftragte Firma abgetreten werden können und dass diese die offenen Beträge in eigenem Namen und auf eigene Rechnung geltend machen wird.

Vous avez pris connaissance du fait qu'en cas de retard de paiement prévu au contrat, les créances de XXX AG pourront être cédées à une société mandatée pour l’encaissement qui fera valoir les montants restant dus en son propre nom et à son propre compte.
