Bin keine Muttersprachlerin Französisch und Recht ist nicht mein Spezialgebiet, aber vielleicht hilft dieser Vorschlag ein wenig weiter und gibt Input - noch viel Vergnügen

Asker: Ich hatte im rechtlichen Bereich im Frz. für den Mechanismus des Subsumierens "qualification" gefunden. http://fr.jurispedia.org/index.php/Qualification_(fr) Subsumer soll aber nicht nur in der Philosophie sondern auch in der Rechtssprache verwendet werden. Mir ist es jedoch noch nicht in einem frz. rechtlichen Text begegnet. Deshalb habe ich aus allen Vorschlägen etwas zusammengebastelt. Vielen Dank für den Input.
