In den §§ 249 StGB (Raub), 253 StGB (Erpressung) und 255 StGB (räuberische Erpressung) ist es abwechslend die Rede von "durch/mit Gewalt gegen eine Person" und "durch Gewalt".
Unter "Gewalt gegen eine Person" versteht man nur den körperlich wirkenden Zwang durch eine unmittelbare oder mittelbare physische Einwirkung auf den Körper eines anderen, die nach der Vorstellung des Täters dazu bestimmt und geeignet ist, einen tatsächlich geleisteten oder erwarteten Widerstand zu überwinden oder unmöglich zu machen.
entspricht Gewalt "violence" oder "force"?
=>Gewalt gegen eine Person => violence sur une persone ???
=> durch Gewalt => par la force, par violence???
