  -> Schlitten n'est pas un plateau, c'est un objet en mouvement, chariot convient et on enfourne le chariot avec les pâtons à cuire chargés sur des plaques (engénéral) placées sur le chariot. Mais chaque fabricant aura son propre vocabulaire, de toute facon.

agree  Guereau: Dans les boulangeries (en France en tout cas) on voit le boulanger disposer ses pains dans les cannelures aménagées sur un plateau ondulé, puis on voit ensuite le boulanger "enfourner" le plateau avec un système demandant peu d'effort (quasi automatique)
