Je sais que ça veut dire qu'on entend la voix originale de la personne / par opposition au commentaire lu par un narrateur, mais quel est le terme utilisé en français ?

Explanation:
voix original, je ne crois pas que ça existe (en tout cas, je ne l'ai jamais entendu ni sur un plateau ni en cabine de sous titrage)
En revanche, le terme "son directe" est la traduction de "O-Ton", mais comme l'indiquent les duex mots, ça ne distingue pas la voix des autres bruits.
Ça veut juste dire par opposition à une voix off par exemple que la voix et les autressons ont été enregistrés pendant le tournage et pas en studio par la suite.
